The Fairways at Lakeside Community Association, Inc. is a neighborhood of 92 single-family homes bordering on scenic Jacobson Lake, next to Jacobson Park and the Lakeside Golf Course, in Lexington, KY. Located near major shopping areas, including Hamburg Pavilion, and near major roads including I-75, New Circle Rd, Man-O-War Blvd., and Richmond Rd, it is still a quiet location with low traffic and no through streets. Uniform deed restrictions help maintain the pleasant character.


Regular Board of Directors' meetings, open to all Homeowners/Association members, are normally held at 7PM on the third Wednesday of each month (unless rescheduled or cancelled). If you plan to attend, please contact FALCA President, Robin Gall, via phone or email for meeting place information and so that additional accommodations can be made.


The annual Association Fee is currently $100 and is due by January 31 of each year.

As a Deed Restricted Community there are numerous conditions and restrictions that are to be followed by all residents (owners and renters) of property within the Fairways at Lakeside Community.

The following Directors and Officers were elected at the Annual Association Meeting December 3, 2013:

Ismael Shalash - Vice President, Treasurer (effective 3/19/2014), Director (effective 3/19/2014 until 12/31/2014)
Dawn Stice - Secretary and 3 year Director (to 12/31/2016)

UpDate:  Special meeting 9/9/14

Thank you to everyone who participated in person or by proxy in the Special Meeting on September 9thto discuss and vote on the Board proposed amendment to The Fairways at Lakeside Community Association Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, Section 27 regarding Street Parking.  76 homes were represented and voiced an opinion on the proposed amendment.  The proposed amendment was not passed, as the required 69 votes in favor were not received.  65 homeowners voted in favor of the proposed change, 9 homeowners were opposed and one proxy was not able to be counted.


Based on the proposed amendment not passing the current no street parking restriction still applies.  Please respect your neighbors and the Association by limiting street parking to active loading and unloading or occasional visitors.  Should you have a situation that will require extended street parking please contact the Association President, Robin Gall, to discuss the situation.  Robin can be reached at (859) 806-8843 or rgall30539@aol.com.
