As a Deed Restricted Community there are numerous conditions and restrictions that are to be followed by all residents (owners and renters) of property within the Fairways at Lakeside Community.

The Fairways at Lakeside Community Association, Inc. is a neighborhood of 92 single-family homes bordering on scenic Jacobson Lake, next to Jacobson Park and the Lakeside Golf Course, in Lexington, KY. Located near major shopping areas, including Hamburg Pavilion, and near major roads including I-75, New Circle Rd, Man-O-War Blvd., and Richmond Rd, it is still a quiet location with low traffic and no through streets. Uniform deed restrictions help maintain the pleasant character.
Regular Board of Directors' meetings, open to all Homeowners/Association members, are normally held at 7PM on the third Tuesday of each month (unless rescheduled or cancelled). If you plan to attend, please contact FALCA President, Robin Gall, via phone or email for meeting place information and so that additional accommodations can be made.
The annual Association Fee is currently $110 and is due by January 31 of each year.
