As a Deed Restricted Community there are numerous conditions and restrictions that are to be followed by all residents (owners and renters) of property within the Fairways at Lakeside Community.

The Fairways at Lakeside Community Association, Inc. is a neighborhood of 92 single-family homes bordering on scenic Jacobson Lake, next to Jacobson Park and the Lakeside Golf Course, in Lexington, KY. Located near major shopping areas, including Hamburg Pavilion, and near major roads including I-75, New Circle Rd, Man-O-War Blvd., and Richmond Rd, it is still a quiet location with low traffic and no through streets. Uniform deed restrictions help maintain the pleasant character.
Regular Board of Directors' meetings, open to all Homeowners/Association members, are normally held at 7PM on the third Wednesday of each month (unless rescheduled or cancelled). If you plan to attend, please contact FALCA President, Robin Gall, via phone or email for meeting place information and so that additional accommodations can be made.
The annual Association Fee is currently $100 and is due by January 31 of each year. The Association will vote, at the Annual Meeting on 12/8/15, on a proposed Annual Fee increase to $110 effective January 1, 2016.

My husband, Steve, and I built our home 17 years ago. We have two full-time roommates: Princess and Buddy, our rescue kitties. In the summer we provide a home to several Lexington Legends baseball players and over the last 13 years have had over 35 players stay with us. I have been an insurance agent for 30 years helping clients with life, health and employee benefits issues.
Director and Vice President: Gary Renner (2 Year Term ending 12/2016)
I live at 3665 Green Park Court at the corner to Park Pointe with my wife, Brenda, and our dog, Bai Xue (Chinese for white snow). We have lived here for 18 years and have enjoyed every day of it. I was the first Association President once we got the Association finalized by the state. I have worked with the Association for multiple years and took off a couple of years due to health issues. I decided to get back on the Board to assist in any way that I can with the neighborhood. I feel that we are such a special neighborhood like no other in Lexington.

I was born in Lexington, KY and graduated from UK with BS in Economics 2005. I currently work as a broker for Amazon. I have been married to my lovely wife, Wafa, for the last 7 years. We have two beautiful sons.
Director: Dawn Stice (2 Year Term ending 12/2016)
I’ve been a resident of the Fairways at Lakeside community since July 2010 and a resident of Lexington since 1997. Originally from Bowling Green KY, I relocated after I graduated from Western Kentucky University. I am a single mom with a son who is a junior at Centre College. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, attending sporting events (especially college football), entertaining guests, reading, and cooking. Professionally, I am a State Farm Insurance Agent here in Lexington, and have been affiliated with State Farm since 1990. I have a passion for helping people, which my profession allows me to do, and is why I decided to serve on the Fairways at Lakeside Board.
Director: Retha Kreitzman (3 Year Term ending 12/2017)
John and I came to Lexington forty two years ago during our first year of marriage and moved to this neighborhood on Christmas Eve day of 2003. We have enjoyed the quiet and friendly atmosphere; a place where folks wave as they go by or stop to chat a bit, a place where we can enjoy green grass and flowers, a place we can take a walk in the neighborhood as well as Jacobson Park nearby. I have been retired from banking for nearly two years and we have a married son, Jack. I look forward to positive interaction with the Neighborhood Association and good neighbors.
Monthly Board Meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm at Robin Gall's home (3693 Park Pointe Drive). All homeowners are welcome to attend. if you have something to present for discussion please contact Robin or a Board Member to be added to the Agenda.
